Bill says “At sixteen there’s not a lot of people who know where they want to go. When they come to work for me as an apprentice, then they know if you work hard then we will give you all the support we possibly can, and we train them with every skill that they could possibly need, in an environment that we encourage.”

Murray says “We all have some sort of qualification, and it’s all driven towards providing a quality product for the customer.”

Ian says “We encourage our new apprentices to improve themselves and make themselves better. Whether that be training courses, extra work that they may require, anything. We just try and make them do the best job that they possibly can.”
Bill says “We are very loyal to the people who work for us. Ian who is now a director here, he is a brilliant man with software, and with hardware. We found that he is dyslexic to a certain extent. And we have had to tailor some of our systems to enable Ian to function properly.”
Ian says “I’ve been here for 11 years now, when I joined the company I felt like part of the family, and hopefully the new apprentices that join they’ll feel part of the family.
We see all three employees outside in the car park with their company vehicles.
Bill says “It’s our skill in finding those people and then directing them to where we want them to be, that is the reason for our success”.
